Is payment on Ratio.my secure?

Yes. Your transaction is completed through an encrypted checkout, and sensitive payment information is processed by the relevant payment provider.

What currency will I be charged in?

Orders on Ratio.my are displayed and charged in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), unless checkout clearly shows otherwise.

Why did my payment fail?

A payment may fail because of bank approval, an incorrect detail, transaction limits, insufficient balance or an incomplete verification step. Try again carefully or choose another available method.

How do I know my payment went through?

A successful order will show a confirmation page and an order confirmation will be sent to the contact details provided. If you are uncertain, contact us with your name and payment time—do not send full card details.

Will I be charged twice if I retry?

First check your bank or eWallet activity and your Ratio order confirmation. If you see more than one completed charge, contact our support team with the transaction references so we can check the order status.

How are approved refunds returned?

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
