- East Malaysia: 3–7 working days
Delivery time may vary during peak seasons or courier delays.
Orders placed before our daily cut-off time may be shipped on the same day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped on the next working day.
Most of our products are ready stock in Malaysia.

Returns & Exchanges
Yes, size exchange is available if the item is unworn, unused, and in original condition.
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days after receiving your order.
The shoes must be unworn, clean, and returned with the original box and packaging.
No. For hygiene reasons, worn shoes cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping fee is borne by the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
