1. About us

The website www.ratio.my ("Ratio", "we", "us") is operated by Golden Secret Marketing (M) Sdn. Bhd. (202201018469), a company in Malaysia. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

2. Products

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. The height increase provided varies by model; please refer to each product page for details. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you are between two sizes, you may contact us for help before purchase.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We accept TNG eWallet, credit and debit cards, online banking and other payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

4. Orders and cancellation

You may request a cancellation before your order is shipped. Once the parcel has been shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible; once the order has been shipped, we may not be able to change it.

5. Shipping

All orders are shipped locally from Malaysia. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days after dispatch for West Malaysia and 3–7 business days for East Malaysia. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or courier delays. Free shipping applies to orders over RM140 within West Malaysia. We also ship to selected countries; shipping rates are calculated at checkout. A tracking number is sent after dispatch. 6. Exchanges, returns and refunds

Size exchanges must be requested within 30 days after receiving your order, and return and refund requests must be submitted within 7 days, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy. Worn shoes cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity under your account.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, videos and logos, belongs to Ratio or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ratio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Malaysian law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after it is posted.
